What is the opportunity?

RBC’s Mid-Market M&A team advises private companies on divestitures, acquisitions, buyouts and carveouts. We are Canada’s largest dedicated Mid-Market M&A team within RBC’s Corporate Client Group in Commercial Banking. As a Director, you will assume day‑to‑day responsibility for pitch support, end‑to‑end transaction execution, and the development of team marketing materials as part of a dynamic team guided by Regional Leaders and supported by Associate Directors and Analysts. This role combines technical expertise, project and client relationship management, and leading small high‑performing deal teams.
