Director, Multinational Sales - Global Transaction Banking (Gtb)

Purpose Multinational banking is a key growth pillar of Scotiabank's refreshed strategy, which entails the delivery of a differentiated and consistent client experience across our footprint, placing the client at the center of our service model, regardless of where they choose to do business.In partnership with Corporate Banking and various stakeholders across International Banking and Global Transaction Banking, the Director, MNC Sales, will manage relationships at the country/local level and will support global account plans both in NA and in collaboration with partners in South America, Europe and APAC.Develop and implement tailored Multinational training plan across all countries for TMOs, MNC Sales and other stakeholders.Ensure consistency of sales and implementation processes across all countries.Ensure global/local product initiatives and roadmaps are communicated to Sales teams to enhance sales pitches.Ensure Marketing/Sales Effectiveness initiatives are aligned with Multina...
