Director - National Immigration Support Services

About the Role

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive of Child, Youth & Family Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a geographically dispersed national portfolio. You will lead senior managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure service integrity, program fidelity and strong contractual performance across both Status Resolution Support Services (SRSS) and the Forced Marriage Specialist Support Program (FMSSP).

This position can be based in VIC, NSW or QLD.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and embedding a culture of service excellence, safety and continuous improvement


• Ensuring compliance with Departmental contracts, accreditation standards and governance requirements
