**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Director Nursing Perioperative and Women's Services at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, you will be responsible for Surgical Services and general oversight of the Family Birth Center. We provide comprehensive surgical care in 4 operating rooms, including a dedicated C-section suite. Annually, we perform approximately 2,000 cases, encompassing a wide range of specialties such as general surgery, GYN, ortho and ortho trauma, as well as various endoscopy procedures.

Every day, you will direct the operations, work with Sr. Leadership on key initiatives, and work with other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast paced environments.
