**Job Summary**

The Director, Nursing Services – Orthopedic Inpatient Services provides strategic and operational leadership for Orthopedic Inpatient Nursing and designated Allied Health disciplines, with 24/7 accountability for patient care delivery, quality and patient safety, workforce performance, regulatory readiness, and financial stewardship. The Director ensures service-line governance and a functional quality management system that supports continuous readiness for DNV NIAHO® accreditation surveys and sustained improvement across interdisciplinary care processes.
