Director/DirectorYour missions – A role with impact:· Oversee the educational and financial aspects of the school, in connection with the Board of Directors.· Manage a multidisciplinary team with listening and rigor, fostering continuous development and a harmonious working environment.· Represent l'Ombelle to partners (DGEO, AVOP…).· Guarantee the quality of support concepts and:· University degree or deemed equivalent and experience in the fields of specialized pedagogy, psychology, speech therapy, or specialization… ideally a master's degree in specialized teaching.· In management and leadership of social institutions either at hiring or currently employed.· Significant experience in the field and preferably in management.· Good team skills.
