Director of Administration and Finance

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks the services of a Director of Administration and Finance in Ukraine. The Director of Administration and Finance will work closely with the Country Representative and Chief Financial Officer to oversee all finance and administration functions of ICAP in Ukraine including budget development and tracking, financial management and reporting, subcontracts, procurement, and office management.

ICAP seeks to fill this key position of Director of Administration and Finance will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree in finance, accounting, or related field with relevant work experience with at least seven (7) years of work experience at an international NGO. The job incumbent should also have experience of and be able to work in a conflict zone.
