The purpose of this Activity is to promote inclusive agricultural-led growth, with a focus on climate-smart approaches that leverage private sector resources and catalyze investment in the agricultural sector; strengthen the resilience of people and systems; and improve nutrition, especially among women and children.

Key Competencies Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field in international business management, finance, accounting and/or auditing experience. 

At least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or business management with a recognized organization, preferably for USAID or other donor-funded programs. 

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large budgets, and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
