Director of Applied Research – Business Transformation

Nebrija Business & Technology School, part of Nebrija University, is looking for a Director of Applied Research to lead the development of a distinctive research agenda focused on business transformation .

We are seeking a hybrid profile with strong practitioner orientation and solid academic credibility: someone close to companies, capable of understanding real organisational challenges, and able to translate them into relevant applied research, thought leadership and strategic collaboration.

This role is designed for a candidate who can build bridges between academia and business, develop partnerships with companies and institutions, and position the School as a relevant voice in areas such as digital transformation, AI adoption, leadership, strategy, innovation, talent and organisational change.
