Director of Asset Management

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Asset Management provides strategic leadership and oversight for the financial, operational, and physical health of RiseBoro’s real estate holdings. This is a high-level leadership role responsible for maximizing the portfolio’s value, ensuring long-term sustainability, and aligning asset performance with RiseBoro’s mission. The Director leads cross-functional initiatives across Fiscal, Development, and Sustainability teams to drive high-level recapitalization strategies and portfolio-wide efficiencies.



Strategic Portfolio Leadership


+ Formulate and execute the long-term strategic vision for the portfolio, including hold/sel//refinance analyses and mission-alignment reviews.

+ Design and implement standardized asset management protocols, sophisticated reporting models, and data-driven systems to institutionalize accountability.
