**Role Overview**

Entegra is hiring a **Director of Business Solutions.** This is a hands-on role, leading a small, high-impact team focused on turning business goals into digital realities. In this player-coach role, you will execute the digital vision set by leadership while staying deeply involved in the day-to-day building of our products and supporting our users. You will act as the crucial bridge between our business stakeholders, our users, and our IT development teams. If you are a leader who enjoys advising business stakeholders on execution, managing support triage, and diving into product backlogs to ensure successful delivery, this role is for you.

This is a remote opportunity with candidate residing in one of the following locations,

· Mid-Atlantic: Atlanta (GA); Maryland; Washington, DC; Virginia.

· Northeast: New York (NY); New Jersey (NJ); Pennsylvania (PA); Delaware (DE).
