Position Summary Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Care for Unit 1 West, Fanning Centre provides overall operational and clinical leadership for a specialized Long Term Care unit serving younger adults with physical, cognitive and behavioral needs. The Director of Care ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, harm-reduction-focused care that reflects the unique needs of clients with complex psychosocial histories, responsive behaviours, and substance use considerations.
