Director of Catering

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Catering and Events is a strategic leadership role responsible for maximizing the revenue and profitability of the club through the proactive planning, coordination, and execution of all catered events, banquets, and private functions. This role is the primary driver of event sales, oversees the entire member experience from initial inquiry to final execution, manages the catering team, and maintains the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well - being of the customers/clients.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to actively prospect, solicit and book private events, weddings, corporate meetings and functions.
