Director of Clinical Services (DCS)

Executive Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall direction of the facility’s clinical services delivery, including clinical supervision, consultation, and programmatic planning. The EDCS is responsible for the overall clinical development of all programs and staff. This includes direct supervision of Social Services, Adjunctive Therapy, Outpatient program staff and the Residential Treatment Center.
The EDCS will be directly responsible for the management and development of the Adolescent Psychiatric Rehabilitation Treatment Facility (PRTF)/ Residential Treatment (RTC) Program at RBHH. This is a new program at RBHH and within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Coordinates and oversees all inpatient and outpatient services provided by Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital.

+ Supervises, trains and oversees staff development of all Social Service, Adjunctive Therapy, and Outpatient Program staff.
