The Director of Coding Operations Education is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of all Coding Operations education components for HCA Physician Services – Clinical Service Group (CSG) to include all lines of business. This includes coding and Health Information Management (HIM) initiatives aligned with national standards, company policies, and applicable laws.

This role serves as a key advocate for compliant coding practices and sets the tone for Coding Operations as a service organization committed to ethical standards, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations.
