Description

The Director of Construction is responsible for developing and leading a team focused on construction and equipment installation within the wireless telecommunications industry and assures work performance is in adherence to company and industry standards. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations and client satisfaction through improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the development and implementation of effective methods and strategies. This includes managing, planning, directing, and coordinating all construction and installation project needs. Acts as a technical resource to management across the department and lateral departments. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy, by developing organizational objectives to align with the strategy. This position also assists in creating annual and quarterly budgets for the construction department.
