This leadership role demands hands-on expertise in credit strategy and analytics, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses. You'll be responsible for developing an in-house credit engine, managing underwriting strategies, and expanding our lending portfolio while championing compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a cross-functional Credit & Spend Management tribe
• Build and monitor Relay's in-house credit engine
• Own credit policy and underwriting strategy
• Expand the multi-product lending portfolio
• Drive sustainable growth and manage risk in P&L
