About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Product Design to lead a team of designers, shape design direction, and ensure intuitive, effortless experiences for our users. The role can be based in Barcelona, Edinburgh or London with hybrid work two days in office per week.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead product design for your area: establish design direction, set quality standards, and ensure excellent and impactful work.
• Operate with a company-wide lens: contribute to how design quality and consistency scale across Skyscanner.
• Drive product strategy through design: shape what gets built, bring a user perspective to early conversations, and advocate for decisions that create value.
