Your new company
A Calgary based developer & property management company, with a growing portfolio across the south end of the city and into the surrounding communities is looking for a Director of Development to help drive the next phase of growth. They're moving into a new office in the SE of Calgary and have a healthy slate of projects on the go with more in the pipeline as the team builds out.
Your new role
You'll take ownership of the development side of the business with three active projects to get your arms around from day one. The portfolio is a mix of multi family and mixed use, with the immediate priority being a six storey wood frame residential project. Beyond that there's townhome development in a rural community and a larger build along McLeod Trail..
