Director of Development, Lauremont School

Lauremont School invites applications for the role of Director of Development.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Community Development, the Director nurtures and champions major fundraising at the school and strengthens Lauremont’s culture of philanthropy. The Director will generate a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects, develop personalized engagement strategies, and partner with the Head of School and the leadership team to advance major and capital campaigns. The Director also oversees annual giving and ensures that fundraising systems reflect best practices to acknowledge and engage with donors in a meaningful way.
