Director of Development

We are currently headhunting for a leading Development Director who is looking for a new home, where they can progress to equity within a successful national consultancy, within a reasonable timeframe.

Given within other offices, they already service clients in the public and private sector from both an agency and consultancy perspective, they are particularly strong within public sector advisory, affordable housing, viability, valuations and residential agency. With growing ambitions, no debt and an excellent network of offices across the UK – we are seeking a number of key hires within their Development team. One of their target markets is: Manchester.

With an existing network of Surveyors nationally, they are seeking a fee-earning sector/team lead to bring clients and possibly a team with them – and open on sector within this space.
