Director of Ecommerce

We’re looking for a Director of Ecommerce: the strategist, operator, and steward of Huckberry.com. This is not a strategy-from-the-sidelines role; we need a leader who lives for conversion rate optimization, data-driven funnels, and the intersection of commerce, content, and community.

Reporting directly to the VP of Ecommerce, you’ll help build the high-level digital vision and translate it into daily execution, managing the commercial plan and financial targets while leading a team to operationalize our big boulder initiatives. From auditing product detail pages to partnering with UX, Tech, Creative, and Marketing, you’ll ensure every customer leaves Huckberry.com feeling inspired.

You’ll operate with high autonomy, ready to step in for the VP, present to leadership, and own the digital experience that defines our brand.
