Director of Ecommerce Experience & Technical Growth
Results-driven ecommerce and growth leader with deep experience in Shopify, CRO, SEO/SEM/AEO, and AI-driven optimization. This role owns the commercial performance, search visibility, and customer experience of , working in close partnership with Brand Strategy, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing teams. Skilled at translating business and brand goals into scalable technical and UX strategies, balancing conversion growth with long-term brand equity. Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and drive measurable growth through data, experimentation, and experience design.
