Establish the organizational structure, management systems, and operational procedures for the Engineering department to ensure swift, rational, and effective operations, while providing strategic direction to align the team with the hotel's overall objectives.

Develop, execute, and continuously evaluate a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan, strategically coordinating all equipment servicing, repairs, renovations, and upgrade projects to maximize asset life and minimize disruptions.
