Director Of Engineering - Fairmont Agra

As Director of Engineering, you will play a critical leadership role in the pre-opening phase of Fairmont Agra, overseeing project execution, technical readiness, and the successful handover of all engineering systems—ensuring the hotel opens to the highest luxury standards.

• Lead all engineering aspects of the hotel pre-opening, including project coordination, testing & commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of all MEP systems.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and installations to ensure compliance with Fairmont/Accor brand standards.
• Oversee snagging, defect rectification, and final handover of all engineering systems and equipment.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs, SOPs, and engineering operational frameworks prior to opening.
