This individual is responsible for engineering excellence, quality control, staff development, project delivery, and strategic growth initiatives while serving as the lead Professional Engineer for the organization. This position requires extensive experience managing engineering teams, delivering complex structural projects, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout all phases of project execution.
