Director of Engineering & Work Health and Safety

As our Director of Engineering & Work Health and Safety, you will lead all engineering and WHS operations within a luxury hotel environment at InterContinental Brisbane. This is a hands-on, on-property leadership role that requires extensive, proven experience in hotel or resort engineering. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and seamless operation of a complex hospitality asset, maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and asset performance, while directly enabling the delivery of an exceptional luxury guest experience in line with InterContinental brand standards.

You will take full ownership of engineering operations, asset management, and WHS governance within a live hotel environment.
