Director of Enterprise Risk Management Role

Lead the enterprise risk management strategy for a prestigious insurance organization. As Director, you will enhance risk frameworks and support critical decision-making across the business.
This senior leadership role reports directly to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate. You will collaborate with executive leadership and enhance internal controls, governance, and a strong risk culture across Finance, IT, Legal/Compliance, and Operations. Success in this position requires experience in enterprise risk management and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework
• Conduct annual risk assessments and prioritization processes
• Prepare risk reports for executive leadership and board oversight
• Partner with leaders to identify financial and operational risks
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends
