What You’ll Do

Set vision and direction: Define and drive a clear experience vision for the EA app, aligning player needs, our goals, and product strategy.

Lead and develop the team: Manage and grow a team of Product Designers, building a strong culture of craft, collaboration, and accountability.

Partner across disciplines: Work closely with Product, Engineering, User Research, Data, and Content Design to shape solutions grounded in insight, clarity, and measurable impact.

Deliver high-quality experiences: Ensure a high bar for usability, accessibility, interaction design, and content clarity across all key journeys.
