**Job Overview**

The Sisters of the Presentation in Dubuque, IA, are a community of women religious and associates committed to living our charism of radical hospitality. We are looking for a director of facilities to oversee the maintenance, repair and overall upkeep of the buildings, grounds and physical infrastructure of the Sisters of the Presentation to ensure a clean, safe and functional environment for sisters, employees, and guests. This position reports to the Executive Director.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Previous managerial experience preferred.
+ Experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare, assisted living or religious community setting.
