Overview
An established real estate investment and development organization is seeking a Director, Facilities Management & Technical Services to lead facilities strategy and operational performance across a national portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President, Property Management, this role encompasses oversight of a multi-region portfolio spanning Ontario, Quebec, and Vancouver, primarily focused on residential assets with supporting office and retail components.
This position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader capable of driving operational excellence, standardizing service delivery, and advancing technical services across the portfolio while collaborating closely with property management, capital projects, and senior leadership.
