Director of Field Admissions

Lincoln Tech (NADC) in [Nashville, TN has an opportunity for a remote Director of Field Admissions. Take charge of crafting innovative strategies and providing invaluable direction, empowering our Field Admissions staff to excel. As you supervise and mentor our team in recruitment and conversion activities, you'll also develop business relationships that drive success.

Requirements


+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred or have an equivalent combination of training, and experience

+ 5+ years or more of experience in Business, Sales or Marketing

+ Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables

+ Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and SalesForce

+ Great communication skills

+ Well-versed in customer service

+ Ability to read and interpret documents pertaining to both internal and external policies
