About the Opportunity Financial Leadership & Strategy

Lead all aspects of the organization’s finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and long‑term financial planning.

Provide strategic financial guidance to the Executive Director, leadership team, and Board of Directors.

Develop and monitor organizational budgets, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations to support decision‑making.

Present financial results, forecasts, and key performance indicators to senior leadership and Board committees.

Funding & Compliance Management

Oversee financial reporting and compliance requirements associated with provincial, municipal, and other government funding agreements.
