Director of Finance

Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Director of Finance will lead the finance team and oversee the daily accounting and finance functions of the business. This role will provide a proactive and transparent mindset to deliver excellence in service to both internal and external stakeholders, build strong working relationships across departments, and support ongoing process improvements and ERP optimization. Working alongside other departments, this role requires a hands‑on leader and change agent who can strengthen the finance function while driving continuous improvements.

Hybrid Role - Must Be Onsite at Muskoka Brewery in Bracebridge 2-3 days per week.
