Director of Finance, Controller The Director of Finance, Controller is a senior member of the Finance leadership team and is responsible for the end?to?end controllership function, including financial reporting, technical accounting, consolidations, accounting operations, audit, tax coordination, and internal controls. Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of five direct reports, this role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all internal and external financial reporting for a publicly listed issuer.

Key Responsibilities Finance Leadership & Controllership

Provide leadership and oversight of the Finance and Accounting team, including Assistant Controller, Accountants, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
