Director of Finance | Dynamics 365 - Retail (Toronto)

Job Overview

Dynamic leadership seat reporting directly to ownership at a fast‑growing Canadian wireless company. The right person will take a MS Dynamics 365 environment that is underused today, tie multi‑location POS data into the ERP, and design the team and processes from the ground up.

Compensation

Base salary: up to $160,000CAD Bonus eligible.

Target percentage and structure confirmed at offer stage.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid mode, four days per week in office (North York, ON).

Key Responsibilities

• Build the architecture of the finance team and redesign processes from the ground up where needed.
• Drive real, hands‑on use of Microsoft Dynamics and unlock more value from a system that is underutilized today.
• Tie POS data to the ERP across multiple retail locations and deliver cleaner, faster reporting.
