Director of Finance Leadership Opportunity

You will report directly to the Director of Operations and collaborate with Chief and Council. This position involves overseeing financial operations across all programs, guiding budgeting and compliance processes while advising senior management on financial performance. Your expertise will ensure transparency and integrity in all financial dealings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the annual budgeting and strategic financial planning
• Manage fiscal responsibilities and reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with funding and auditing standards
• Advise on financial trends and investment opportunities
• Mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in senior-level financial roles
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; MBA advantageous
