The Director of Finance oversees all aspects of the financial management of the corporation and reports on all financial activities. The fundamental duty of this position is to provide timely and accurate financial information on the corporation to the Board, Management and funding and regulatory agencies via reports including financial and managerial statements. This is done through the recording of all financial transactions and maintenance of the books of account as part of a computerized accounting system.
