Job Description

Dynamic leadership seat reporting directly to ownership at a fast-growing Canadian wireless company. The right person will take a MS Dynamics 365 environment that is underused today, tie multi-location POS data into the ERP, and design the team and processes from the ground up. If you have come up through a wireless or retail finance seat and you have been waiting for a build with real authority, this is that role.
COMPANY
Canadian retailer with multiple store locations
Entrepreneurial, owner-led leadership team that moves at the pace of the business
Revenue mix tied to subscriptions and related accessories
Same company environment that recently promoted its Senior Accountant into the Controller seat
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base salary: up to $160,000 CAD
Bonus eligible. Target percentage and structure confirmed at offer stage
Hybrid model, four days per week in office (North York, ON)
