What You Will Do
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Book Closing: Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process including reconciliation.
Audit Readiness: Establish clean books. You are responsible for making the due diligence process for investors as seamless as possible.
Tax & Regulatory: With support from 3rd party partners, manage R&D tax credit claims, EOY taxes, sales tax, and local compliance.
