Scope: Holding companies and four operating entities across commercial real estate, AI & mining data centres, cloud computing, and AI technology

Role Summary

The Director of Finance, Shared Services is a newly created leadership role responsible for group-wide shared services finance operations, including cash management, payments governance, financial reporting support, technical accounting oversight, and tax compliance across a multi-entity structure. This role partners with business unit CFO's to execute shared services finance operations ensuring complex accounting, tax, and reporting requirements are proactively managed across a multi-entity structure.
