Director of Food and Beverage

We are looking for an experienced leader in Food and Beverage to join the opening team at Rixos Phu Quoc. This role requires a hands-on leader who can instil the Rixos brand and bring it to life for our guests and colleagues.

Other key responsibilities for this role include:

• Develops a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads its execution.
• Ensure integration of departmental goals
• Create an atmosphere in all food and beverage areas that meets or exceeds guest expectations
• Ensures new hires participate in the department’s orientation program and receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job
• Control the food and beverage operations according to the principles determined by Rixos Hotels
