Director of Food Services Operations

Take the lead as the Director of Operations for Food Services at Assiniboine Park and Zoo. Ensure operational excellence through budget management and a stellar guest experience focus.
This role reports to the VP, Hospitality, overseeing all aspects of Food Services strategy implementation. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Management team to manage restaurant and concessions while driving innovative solutions for operational optimization and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staffing and operations with the Executive Chef
• Manage expenses and uphold service quality standards
• Play a key role in Banquets & Catering events
• Maintain all F&B licenses and ensure sanitation compliance
• Seek creative solutions to enhance guest experiences
Requirements:
