Director of Foodservice Sales

The Director, Food Service (including grocery foodservice) is responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for the Retail and Food Service channels to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. This role provides strategic leadership across channel planning, strategic account development, team capability building, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Growth & Channel Strategy

Define and own HMR and Food Service channel strategies aligned with corporate priorities and long-term growth objectives

Establish strategic account growth targets and success metrics in partnership with National Key Account Managers

Use market and customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop value-based commercial plans

Identify new market opportunities to expand share, protect core business, and accelerate strategic innovation initiatives
