Summary
System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role leads enterprise planning, forecasting, and financial strategy while partnering with executives to drive performance and growth.


Responsibilities


+ Lead FP&A function, team, and enterprise planning processes

+ Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

+ Partner with leadership on strategy, insights, and decision support

+ Deliver reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics

+ Drive process improvements, systems, and analytics


Requirements


+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

+ 12+ years of finance experience with FP&A leadership

+ Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
