We are now seeking an exceptional leader to join our Acute Division as Director of Hospital Services at University Hospital Hairmyres. This high-impact executive leadership role sits at the heart of our Acute Services.

As Director of Hospital Services, you will lead the triumvirate management team at University Hospital Hairmyres and play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of Acute Services across NHS Lanarkshire.

You will drive transformational change to deliver improved quality of care, patient safety, and patient and carer centred services while also carrying system-wide responsibilities as agreed with the Director of Acute Services.
