The Director of Hospitality is a senior yet highly hands‑on leadership role that builds upon the responsibilities of a Chief Stewardess while extending across multiple environments and properties. The position requires a service‑led professional who is fully operational and guest‑facing, spending approximately 70% of their time onboard and 30% across off‑board or hosted environments.
