Director of Human Resources - Canada

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Human Resources - Canada serves as the senior human resource leader and subject matter expert for all Canadian locations. The Director will lead Human Resources initiatives across all Canadian locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in HR service delivery. The Director will partner closely and collaborate with HQ-based leaders across Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Programs, and Employee Relations, and works directly with Canadian leaders and employees to drive cultural alignment.

Location: This position requires on-site work at Gentex facilities. This role is not eligible for remote work.
