【Job Responsibilities】

Be fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the Human Resources department. Develop and implement the hotel's HR strategic plan to ensure alignment with the overall development strategy of the hotel. Oversee and optimize all HR modules, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, to enhance the level of HR management. Establish and improve the hotel's HR management systems and processes, supervise their implementation, and continuously improve them to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. Lead the talent pipeline development, formulate talent development plans for key positions, and reserve high-quality talents for the hotel's development.
