Director of Individual Giving & Donor Engagement

A nonprofit organization in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Director of Individual Giving to develop and manage donor relationships, primarily soliciting philanthropic gifts of $2,500 and above. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 100 donors, implementing a donor society, and collaborating with the advancement team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of fundraising experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with donor management software. This is a hybrid role located primarily in Philadelphia.
